In this video, I have discussed about the Cholecalciferol tablets or capsules that are generally prescribed in case of vitamin D deficiency. Vitamin D3 is required for bone and muscle health along with maintaining immunity and mood balance.

In this video, I have discussed the usual prescribed dosage which is twice per week for two months and maintenance dose thereafter. However this has to be consumed strictly under advice only since it causes serious side effects post overdose like kidney stones.
