BRIUMVI® (ublituximab-xiiy) is indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary progressive disease, in adults.

Don't take BRIUMVI if you’ve had a life-threatening allergic reaction to it or have hepatitis B. Your doctor should test for hepatitis B before treatment. If you've had it, it could come back which may cause serious liver problems or death.

BRIUMVI can cause serious side effects including infusion reactions; some may require hospitalization. BRIUMVI can increase your risk of infections and decrease some antibodies.
Some infections may be life-threatening. Signs of infection include fever, chills, a cough that does not go away, or painful urination. PML, a rare, serious brain infection that can be fatal or lead to severe disability, may happen.

Tell your doctor if you are or plan to become pregnant, as BRIUMVI may harm your unborn baby. Tell your doctor if you have symptoms of an infection and about all your medical conditions, medications and vaccines.

These are not all the possible side effects of BRIUMVI. Watch the video to see full Important Safety Information and call your doctor for medical advice about side effects. You may report side effects to FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or TG Therapeutics at 1-877-848-9462.
