Notes of precautionary:
Escitalopram can interact with many other medications, check with your pharmacist before taking any medication or supplements including those you buy without a script in the supermarket.

One very important thing to take note of is anti-depressants acts as a crutch to help you overcome things a little easier. While you are on this medication, it's crucial that you work towards self-help,  work towards changing the pattern you think, changing the way you communicate with yourself, so when you are off it, you are able to stand on your own.  Listen to motivational speakers on topics of depressions, how to better yourself in life.
