In this video I want to share with you the main fluticasone side effects, what it's used for as well as few other choices when it comes to alternative medicine.

A German study published in the journal Allergy found people who have diets rich in of omega-3 fatty acids suffer from fewer allergy symptoms.

A study in the publication “Annals of Allergy and Annals, researchers proved that an intake of 4000 IU of vitamin D improved allergy symptoms by 30% in one week and up to 40% over the course of 12 weeks.

Also believe it or not spicy foods like peppers or horseradish acts as a nasal decongestant. In a study in the 2011 edition of Annals of Allergy & Asthma showed that the group that took the chili peppers reported a faster onset of relief than the control group who took a placebo.
