11 Years of Ambien Addiction: My Biggest Regret (CAN THIS ADDICTION BE BEAT?)
Struggling with sleep can be tough, but for me, the "solution" became a nightmare. 11 years ago, I started taking Ambien, and it's been a battle ever since. Sleepless nights, strange behavior I don't remember, and a constant feeling of being trapped. While I never intended to abuse it, addiction snuck up on me.
