Treatment for overactive bladder (OAB) includes many medications like vibegron, darifenacin, solifenacin and fesoterodine etc.

Medications used to control urge to urinate and urinary frequency can be classified into 5 categories. Anticholinergics, beta-3 adrenergic agonists, Tricyclic antidepressants, Hormones and neurotoxins. Tolterodine, fesoterodine, darifenacin, solifenacin, oxybutynin and trospium belong to first group. Mirabegron and vibegron fall into second category. Imipramine and duloxetine are also used to control enuresis. Estrogen topical cream can be used in women with estrogen deficiency. Botulinum toxin A can be used to treat urinary incontinence.
