BRUKINSA is a prescription medicine for adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

BRUKINSA may cause serious side effects, including: bleeding problems, infections, decrease in blood cell counts, new cancers, heart rhythm problems, and liver problems. Tell your doctor if you experience unexpected bleeding, such as blood in your stool or urine; infections, such as flu-like symptoms; heart rhythm problems, such as fast or irregular heartbeat; or signs of liver problems, including stomach pain or discomfort, dark-colored urine, or yellow skin and eyes. Use sun protection when outside.
