Antidepressant Induced Nausea is one of the most common side effects in all of psychiatry. I use a stepwise approach to treatment that begins before medication is prescribed. I also use a complementary alternative medication with good evidence to support its use, and eventually if needed pharmacotherapy to treat refractory nausea.
