Morning Sickness refers to the feeling of nausea most women experience during the first trimester of pregnancy. Eat small meals throughout the day, starting before getting out of bed. Avoiding an empty stomach can prevent nausea. Eat saltine crackers 10 to 15 minutes before getting out of bed
Drink small amounts of fluids throughout the day to avoid dehydration. Sports drinks, like Gatorade, help.
Drink fluids 30 minutes before and after meals, instead of with the meal
Add raw ginger to your meals and drinks
The smell of lemon, drinking lemonade or lemon water, or other lemon flavored drinks with ginger may settle your stomach.
