The side effects of tegretol will be different for everyone. Tegretol was the one of the first anticonvulsants that I was put on during my teenage years. The side effects of tegretol were subtle to me. I didn't notice how much slower I became or how much drowsier I was compared to other people my age because the doctors increased my dosage so slowly.
