Tacrolimus XR (Envarsus) is prescribed to help prevent rejection of a transplanted organ after surgery.

Guidelines for use:
Take once a day, every morning.
Never miss a dose, unless otherwise instructed.
Take on an empty stomach.
For blood work, have your blood drawn before your morning dose.
Do not cut in half or crush.
