Fatal Side Effects
Trandate tablets contain the active ingredient labetalol, which is a type of medicine called a beta-blocker.
Trandate is used to treat high blood pressure, angina in those who have high blood pressure, and pregnancy induced high blood pressure.
The active ingredient in Trandate, labetalol, works by blocking sites called beta receptors in the heart. These sites receive electrical messages from the brain, commanding the heart chambers to contract. This slows the electrical impulses in the heart muscle and helps to regulate and restore disturbances in the heart rhythm.

I Noah Thomas, the creator of this channel, have been diagnosed hypogonadism by a medical doctor and legally prescribed the medically indicated treatment of Testosterone Replacement Therapy.
My Story
My name is Noah and on May 18 2011, I had a rare reaction to a medication called VIVITROL and consequently, spiraled into a suicidal depression with depersonalization and anxiety. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who, along with many siblings and friends, had to watch me 24/7 as I was a danger to myself. Eventually I was hospitalized in the Psych Ward for a week. Getting through each day seemed truly unbearable and I knew I would surely die. I have been put on many many different doctor prescribed SSRI's SNRI's Tricyclics, mood stabilizers, anti-psychotics, holistic meds, acupuncture and even a form of shock therapy called RTMS. I barely saw any improvement in my condition for a full year. It was decided I had treatment resistant depression and I spent nearly every moment in tears. Weeks after starting my newest round of medications (Seroquel & Nortryptaline) as a last ditch effort, I had my blood drawn for possible hormone imbalances and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. With this discovery I had an explanation as to why I was not getting better and why I might be so so sick. The symptoms of Low T are very similar to those of major depression. I started legally prescribed testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment as well as giving my insight and perspective on various topics of mental health. I am blessed to say that I have slowly, over the last 6 years, been improving and becoming more stable which I never thought to be possible. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. Treating my low testosterone has been 1 HUGE part of the puzzle but I have had to continue to work hard to hold on to my mental stability with many set backs. Gaining some mental stability back is nothing short of a miracle as I was near death for what felt like forever. I do not consider myself to be totally healed yet but I am closer now then ever before and aim to use what I have been through to help or at least offer support to others in need I was able to successfully come off my Seroquel and Pamelor.
I work out all the time as a part of my mental health recovery!!! Weight training and all kinds of cardio rule much of my free time and I also share this on my channel.

Klonopin was initially created to help people who struggle with epilepsy to manage seizures. Years later, the drug’s fast and powerful calming effects were also recognized as a way to help treat panic attacks. Klonopin is often prescribed to ease anxiety and withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and other addictive substances as well.
When someone abuses Klonopin, or takes doses that are too high or uses it for long time periods, they may exhibit symptoms such as:
- Dizziness
- Vertigo
- Fainting
- Numbness
- Impaired cognition
- Confusion
- Slow reaction time
- Impaired judgement
- Or Reduced libido
Some Klonopin overdose side effects include:
- Slurred speech
- Extreme drowsiness
- Unsteady walking
- Reduced attention span
- Memory impairment
- Or Lack of coordination
When someone abuses Klonopin, they are likely to struggle with body function and overall alertness. After a period of time dependent on Klonopin, there is risk of paradoxical reactions. Paradoxical reactions are the opposite effect of what the drug is supposed to be doing, such as increased irritability, anxiety, agitation, and poor sleep. Long term use of Klonopin can also lead to depression and panic attacks.

What is Clonazepam? #TrustTheExperts
Clonazepam (Klonopin) is a drug prescribed by doctors for curing seizures or fits, panic attacks, anxiety disorder, involuntary muscle spasms, and akathisia (movement disorder causing restlessness and an inability to sit still).
The drug belongs to the class of benzodiazepines. It is taken orally either as a tablet or liquid. Clonazepam achieves its effects by boosting the activity of the neurotransmitter gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the brain. The effects show within an hour and last anywhere between 6 to 12 hours.

Clonazepam or Klonopin is a benzodiazepine that is used to treat anxiety disorders (like generalized anxiety disorder or panic attacks). It has a longer half life than some other benzodiazepines (like Ativan or Xanax) which means that it takes longer to leave one's system. Benzodiazepines work by increasing the activity of GABA (or the major inhibitory or calming neurotransmitter in the central nervous system).
While this medication can be effective in treating anxiety, it has several risks and the potential for serious side effects. There may be better options to treat someone's anxiety. Some of these risks include abuse, dependence, tolerance and withdrawal. This medication cannot be combined with alcohol. Additionally, withdrawal from this medication can cause serious adverse effects (like seizure, unstable vital signs and even death).
Please talk to your provider about all risks and benefits of this medication before starting, stopping or changing doses.

Klonopin Withdrawal
Quitting benzodiazepines, including Klonopin, is not generally considered life-threatening and won’t usually cause permanent harm. However, it can still be uncomfortable enough to make quitting difficult without the help of a doctor.
If you quit Klonopin after becoming physically dependent, you may experience the following symptoms:
Anxiety
Appetite loss
Irritability
Muscle aches
Nausea
Tiredness
Trouble sleeping and resting
In rare cases, suddenly quitting benzodiazepines has been associated with temporary psychosis and delirium, where a person may have a mental break from reality, hallucinating and acting irrationally. This phenomenon isn’t fully understood but seems to be fairly rare. This situation should be treated as a medical emergency, less so because it is directly life-threatening and more so because a person might endanger themselves or others while in this state as a result of their confusion and irrational emotional state.

Amanda is currently undergoing an immunotherapy called Keytruda. In this cancer vlog, she describes how her immunotherapy for cancer works, how long the treatment is, and the side effects.
After going through two rare cancers, Amanda was most recently diagnosed with extra ovarian primary peritoneal carcinoma. She started feeling fullness/pressure in her pelvis and scans eventually revealed a grapefruit-sized mass in her pelvis, with part of it being a solid tumor. After surgery to remove the mass, the pathology revealed her diagnosis as extra ovarian primary peritoneal carcinoma, which is a rare gynecologic cancer.
Amanda is in full remission, but she will continue on the immunotherapy for another year.

Immunotherapy for cancer treatment can sometimes produce certain side effects. However, these side effects are very different to those of other cancer treatments, such as chemotherapy, and are generally more of an inflammatory nature, which could affect any part of the body. Dr Hendrik Tobias Arkenau, a leading medical oncologist at the Sarah Cannon Research Institute in London, explains in more detail the possible side effects of immunotherapy and what patients should do if they experience them.
