- Nitrates (wait 48 hours)
- BP meds? Well tolerated except alpha-blockers?
- Blood issues= multiple myeloma, leukemia, sickle cell anemia, increased risk of bleeding due to clotting disorder
- Alcohol intoxication
- Cardio= blood pressure, angina, heart valve, cardiomyopathy, irregular heart rhythm, chronic heart failure, a stroke
- GI= an ulcer from too much stomach acid
- Vision= retinopathy
- Hearing loss
- Fibrous tissue formation in the penis = Peyronie’s disease

Tadalafil and Sildenafil dono PDE5 inhibitor class ki golia hai. Sildenafil pehle aai aur viagra ke nam se famous hui. Blue pill ya vigora ke nam se milti hai aur 50 mg aur 100 mg me milti hai.

is video me jane ki tadalafil aur sildenafil me se kaunse dawai behtar hai aur kaunsi istemal kare.

PDE 5 inhibitors are a special class of drugs that act on blood vesssels. PDE5 is an enzyme that when activated causes the blood vessels in the body to contract. Since the penis is supplied by blood, overactivity of these enzymes in the penis reduces blood flow to the penis and prevent hard satisfying erections.

Tadalafil (Cialis): Uses, Dosage, Side Effects for ED (Erectile Dysfunction) and Natural Alternatives to Tadalafil.
Tadalafil, Cialis, Tadalafil uses and side effects, Tadalafil dosage and administration, Tadalafil for erectile dysfunction, Tadalafil for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), Tadalafil vs. Sildenafil, Tadalafil and pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), Tadalafil mechanism of action, Tadalafil safety and precautions.
Tadalafil, commonly known as Cialis, serves a dual purpose in adult men. It effectively addresses erectile dysfunction (ED), characterized by the inability to achieve or maintain an erection. Additionally, it tackles the symptoms associated with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), an enlarged prostate, which often leads to urinary difficulties like hesitation, dribbling, a weak stream, incomplete bladder emptying, painful urination, and increased urinary frequency and urgency.

It's essential to note that while Tadalafil is highly effective in treating ED, it does not serve as a cure for the condition nor does it influence sexual desire. Furthermore, Tadalafil should not be relied upon as a contraceptive method, and it does not provide protection against sexually transmitted diseases, including human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).

Another 800 people had the flu and other 25 passed away in San Diego County last week. So far this season, there have been 15,135 cases of the flu virus.

One of the most commonly prescribed medications for the flu is Tamiflu. But there are a few cases of severe side effects. Tamiflu is an anti-viral medication and is most effective within 48 hours when you have flu symptoms. Tamiflu decreases the rate the virus spreads in your body.

Side effects for Tamiflu are very rare. Hallucinations, seizures, nightmares, suicidal thoughts, and problematic behavior can happen. It's important parents are aware of these when their child is taking this medication.

Deaths for the flu are higher for infants and the elderly. The CDC still recommends taking Tamiflu because the benefits still outweigh the risks.

If you are unsure, be sure to call your healthcare provider for advice about the Tamiflu.

If you have anything else you would like addressed, don't hesitate to contact Dr. Fabi at Cosmetic Laser Dermatology in San Diego.

Next, watch our video on our Severe Flu Season: https://youtu.be/Xz_V9wGeaBM

Tamiflu (Oseltamivir) is an antiviral medication used to treat and prevent influenza (flu) by stopping the virus from multiplying in the body. It is most effective when taken within 48 hours of flu symptom onset (i.e. fever, chills, headache, muscle or body aches, cough, sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea)

Treatment-Adults: 75mg twice a day for 5 days
Prevention-Adults: 75mg daily for 10 days
Pediatric patients (2 weeks-12 years) are dosed on body weight

Tamiflu also comes in 30 mg and 45 mg capsules, often used for children or adults who require adjusted dosing.
For children ages 2 weeks to 12 years, dosing is based on weight:
• less than 15 kg (33 lbs): 30 mg twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• 15-23 kg (33-51 lbs): 45 mg twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• 23-40 kg (51-88 lbs): 60 mg twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• greater than 40 kg (88 lbs): 75 mg twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).

These doses help ensure that younger children or those with smaller body weight get an appropriate amount of medication. Adjustments to dosing should be guided by a healthcare provider, particularly in younger children.

Tamiflu is also available as an oral suspension, typically for young children or individuals who have difficulty swallowing capsules. The liquid form is usually prescribed for children under the age of 1 or for those who need precise weight-based dosing.
The standard concentration is 6 mg/mL, and dosing is based on body weight:
• less than 3 kg (6.6 lbs): 1.5 mL twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• 3-4 kg (6.6-8.8 lbs): 2.5 mL twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• 4-6 kg (8.8-13.2 lbs): 3.5 mL twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).
• 6-10 kg (13.2-22 lbs): 5 mL twice daily for 5 days (treatment) or once daily for 10 days (prevention).

**Note: The two capsules of Tamiflu should not be taken together. For treatment, the recommended dosing is one capsule twice daily, about 12 hours apart. Taking them together could increase the risk of side effects without increasing effectiveness.

Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, headache, and stomach pain (take with food). Some people may also experience mild psychological symptoms, like mood changes, hallucinations, unusual behavior, sudden confusion, which are generally rare but should be reported to a healthcare provider if they occur.

As a Category C drug, Tamiflu may pose risks in pregnancy but can be used if the benefits outweigh potential risks, particularly given higher flu risks for pregnant individuals.

What is Tamiflu?
What is Tamiflu? Side Effects 2 Views • 5 months ago

Tamiflu is a prescription medicine used to treat the flu in people 2 weeks of age and older who have had flu symptoms for no more than 2 days. Tamiflu can also reduce the chance of getting the flu in people 1 year and older. Tamiflu is not a substitute for an annual flu vaccination.

The active ingredient in Tamil is oseltamivir.

When the flu virus enters the body it invades cells in the airways, where it replicates to form lots of new copies of the virus. The new copies of the virus leave the first cells and move on to infect neighbouring cells, where the process is repeated. After a couple of days enough cells have been infected that the patient feels flu symptoms such as headache, fever and general aches and pains. These usually continue for about a week until the body's immune system kills the virus.

In order to leave one cell and infect another, the flu virus uses a chemical helper called neuraminidase. Oseltamivir works by stopping this chemical helper from working. Without it, newly formed copies of the virus can't leave the infected cells to infect other cells. This prevents the flu virus from spreading and so confines the infection to a smaller area. This makes the symptoms of the infection less severe and also makes it is easier for the body's immune system to kill the virus.

The BEST advice when taking Tamoxifen, Aromatase inhibitors, Lupron /Zoladex (Vaginal Health)
The BEST advice when taking Tamoxifen, Aromatase inhibitors, Lupron /Zoladex (Vaginal Health) Side Effects 2 Views • 5 months ago

When you have hormone positive cancer and you are taking tamoxifen, letrozole, anastrozole, exemestane, Lupron, or Zoladex - you can experience a side effect like vaginal dryness. The problem is that our doctors don't often talk about it! Sexual health and combating side effects of the medication we HAVE to take is such an important topic to discuss when it comes to cancer, but I feel the conversations are lacking. In this video I shed some light on the subject as well as some ways to avoid or combat the issue.

**Disclaimer: This is not medical advice. It is for educational purposes only. Always talk to your physician when taking action on your health.** These are my opinions from my own experiences.

Carbamazepine tablets ip hindi | Tegrital 200 tablet uses in hindi #epilepsy
Carbamazepine tablets ip hindi | Tegrital 200 tablet uses in hindi #epilepsy Side Effects 2 Views • 5 months ago

CARBAMAZEPINE belongs to a group of medicines called anticonvulsants or anti-epileptics used to treat epilepsy (fits) and trigeminal neuralgia (pain in the face's nerves). Epilepsy is a neurological disorder in which there is a sudden rush of electric impulses (electric activity) in the brain. As a result, the brain's electrical rhythms become imbalanced, resulting in recurrent episodes of seizures or fits. Trigeminal neuralgia is a condition which affects the trigeminal nerve that carries sensations from the face to the brain.

CARBAMAZEPINE contains 'Carbamazepine' that reduces the electrical impulses and subsequent firing of the nerve impulses that cause fits. Thus, CARBAMAZEPINE decreases the excessive and abnormal nerve activity in the brain, thereby controlling seizures.
Side Effects of CARBAMAZEPINE
Dizziness
Tiredness
Uncontrolled movements
Nausea
Headache
Changes in liver enzymes
Low white blood cells count
Minor skin reactions

What is Carbamazepine? #TrustTheExperts

Carbamazepine is an anticonvulsant or anti-epileptic medicine, also prescribed for peripheral neuropathy (nerve pain caused by diabetes) and trigeminal neuralgia (facial nerve pain). However, it is not a simple analgesic and must not be used for trivial aches.

Carbamazepine works by reducing abnormal electrical brain activity or abnormal nerve impulses. It is available as regular tablets, chewable tablets, extended-release tablets (Tegretol), extended-release capsules (Equetro), suspensions, and suppositories. The extended-release dosage forms help in the treatment of manic disorders, including Bipolar I disorder. The medicine is available only on prescription.

How Telmisartan Helps Manage High Blood Pressure and Protects Your Heart
How Telmisartan Helps Manage High Blood Pressure and Protects Your Heart Side Effects 2 Views • 5 months ago

High blood pressure is a serious health issue that affects millions of people worldwide. Also known as hypertension, it occurs when the force of blood against the walls of your arteries is consistently too high, leading to potential complications like heart disease, stroke, and kidney failure. Fortunately, there are medications available that can help manage this condition and protect your heart health. One such medication is Telmisartan, a prescription drug that belongs to a class of drugs known as angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs).
Understanding high blood pressure.
Before delving into how Telmisartan works, it's important to understand what high blood pressure is and its effects on the body. Blood pressure is the force of blood pushing against the walls of your arteries as your heart pumps it through your body. When your blood pressure is too high, it puts extra strain on your heart and blood vessels, making them work harder than they should. This can lead to an increased risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney problems.
High blood pressure is often referred to as the "silent killer" because it usually has no symptoms, and many people may not even know they have it. The only way to know for sure if you have high blood pressure is to have it measured regularly by a healthcare professional. Blood pressure is measured in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) and is recorded as two numbers: systolic pressure (the top number) and diastolic pressure (the bottom number).
What is telmisartan?.
Telmisartan is a prescription medication that belongs to a class of drugs called angiotensin receptor blockers (ARBs). It is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and other cardiovascular problems.
Telmisartan works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which constricts blood vessels and raises blood pressure. By blocking this hormone, Telmisartan helps to relax blood vessels, lower blood pressure, and reduce the strain on the heart. Unlike some other blood pressure medications, Telmisartan does not affect heart rate, so it is less likely to cause unwanted side effects.
How does telmisartan work to manage high blood pressure?.
Telmisartan works by blocking the action of a hormone called angiotensin II, which is responsible for constricting blood vessels and raising blood pressure. Angiotensin II works by binding to receptors on the walls of blood vessels, causing them to narrow and become less flexible. This narrowing of the blood vessels increases the resistance to blood flow, leading to higher blood pressure.
Telmisartan blocks the action of angiotensin II by binding to the same receptors on the walls of blood vessels. By blocking these receptors, Telmisartan prevents the hormone from causing the blood vessels to narrow, allowing them to relax and widen. This widening of the blood vessels reduces the resistance to blood flow, leading to lower blood pressure.
Benefits of telmisartan beyond blood pressure control.
In addition to its blood pressure-lowering effects, Telmisartan has been shown to have other heart-protective benefits. Studies have shown that Telmisartan can reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and heart failure in people with high blood pressure.
One study published in the New England Journal of Medicine found that Telmisartan reduced the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attack, stroke, and hospitalization for heart failure by 13% compared to a placebo in people with high blood pressure and additional risk factors for cardiovascular disease.
Another study published in the Lancet found that Telmisartan reduced the risk of stroke, heart attack, and death from cardiovascular causes by 25% compared to a placebo in people with a history of cardiovascular disease or diabetes.
Telmisartan dosage and administration.
Telmisartan is available in tablet form and is typically taken once daily, with or without food. The dosage of Telmisartan varies depending on the individual's blood pressure and other medical conditions. The usual starting dose is 40 mg once daily, but some people may require a higher dose of up to 80 mg once daily.
