In this video, Dr. Ergin keeps it short and sweet, keeping it to the point. Dr. Ergin is factual without being boring. Watch this video and you will be glad you did if you or someone you love is on or wanting to be in Januvia.

Take Dr. Berg's Advanced Evaluation Quiz: http://bit.ly/EvalQuiz

Dr. Berg explains what statins are and what their pros and cons are. Find out what the risks are of taking this medication and why it is prescribed in the first place. Among the risks of statins, it blocks the enzymes that produce cholesterol. Why is that important? It's because your body makes cholesterol naturally every day for vital functioning of your body. Without it, your body will start to break down. It's one thing to lower your cholesterol in your diet so you have normal levels of cholesterol, but it's completely different to make your body stop producing it altogether.

Dr. Berg explains the natural way to lower your cholesterol and how to go about it the right way.

I Noah Thomas, the creator of this channel, have been diagnosed hypogonadism by a medical doctor and legally prescribed the medically indicated treatment of Testosterone Replacement Therapy.

My Story

My name is Noah and on May 18 2011, I had a rare reaction to a medication called VIVITROL and consequently, spiraled into a suicidal depression with depersonalization and anxiety. I lost 25 lbs in 4 weeks and was in full panic or near panic for 8 weeks straight mixed with the darkest most painful depression I cold have ever imagined. I immediately could not work and had to move in with my parents who, along with many siblings and friends, had to watch me 24/7 as I was a danger to myself. Eventually I was hospitalized in the Psych Ward for a week. Getting through each day seemed truly unbearable and I knew I would surely die. I have been put on many many different doctor prescribed SSRI's SNRI's Tricyclics, mood stabilizers, anti-psychotics, holistic meds, acupuncture and even a form of shock therapy called RTMS. I barely saw any improvement in my condition for a full year. It was decided I had treatment resistant depression and I spent nearly every moment in tears. Weeks after starting my newest round of medications (Seroquel & Nortryptaline) as a last ditch effort, I had my blood drawn for possible hormone imbalances and my Testosterone levels came back 200 ng/Dl and 150 ng/Dl. The average 25 year old male has 750 ng/Dl. With this discovery I had an explanation as to why I was not getting better and why I might be so so sick. The symptoms of Low T are very similar to those of major depression. I started legally prescribed testosterone replacement therapy soon after and have been checking in with the world and documenting my experience with treatment as well as giving my insight and perspective on various topics of mental health. I am blessed to say that I have slowly, over the last 6 years, been improving and becoming more stable which I never thought to be possible. My low T manifested itself in the form of Major depression, anxiety, and depersonalization/ derealization for over a year. Treating my low testosterone has been 1 HUGE part of the puzzle but I have had to continue to work hard to hold on to my mental stability with many set backs. Gaining some mental stability back is nothing short of a miracle as I was near death for what felt like forever. I do not consider myself to be totally healed yet but I am closer now then ever before and aim to use what I have been through to help or at least offer support to others in need I was able to successfully come off my Seroquel and Pamelor.

I work out all the time as a part of my mental health recovery!!! Weight training and all kinds of cardio rule much of my free time and I also share this on my channel.

Does the Antipsychotic Medication Seroquel Cause Loss of Speech?
Does the Antipsychotic Medication Seroquel Cause Loss of Speech? Side Effects 3 Views • 5 months ago

Does Seroquel, the antipsychotic medication, cause loss of speech? Maybe. It should only be used if nothing else works. So my first question is, why is this person on Seroquel? Antipsychotics are for if someone is delusional or paranoid or aggressive or has these repetitive thoughts that are really scary like their husband is cheating on them, that their food is poisoned.

If you're miserable during the day, or you're really angry due to delusions and those sorts of things, then it can be helpful.

But the Seroquel, the Zyprexa or Olanzapine, the Risperdal, the Geodon, the Abilify all have a 2% increase in stroke risk and a 1% increase in sudden death risk.

They also make your heartbeat pattern longer, and so if used with some other medications that also do that it can be dangerous. So, if a loss of speech, that makes me worry that this person might have had a little stroke. And the thing is, a stroke could be someone all of a sudden just can't sign their name, or they all of a sudden don't remember who their caregiver of five years is, or that they can't speak or they can't swallow. So that's a small stroke.

And you do need to get a CAT scan. You do need to think about increasing the blood thinner, but you definitely want to get that checked into.

Does senna make you poop ?

Does senna make you poop?
Senna is used to relieve occasional constipation in adults and children. This medicine is a laxative. It generally produces bowel movement in 6 to 12 hours. This medicine is available without your doctor's prescription
Product details
Know what’s worth paying for ?
DON’T BE FOOLED BY CHEAP VITAMINS
Most of the other brands are drugs (made of chemicals) and are not 100% natural. And they are not to be used for more than a week as they are chemical laxatives. FDS Papaya Lax is the only 100% natural laxative in the market and is perfect for regular usage. We believe that Quality is more important than offering a product for cheaper price.

Why Choose FDS Papaya Lax?
FDS Papaya Lax is the only product in the market which is uniquely formulated with a combination of Papaya Fruit (for Digestive Advantage) and Senna Herb(for Bowel Movement).
•predictable relief from occasional constipation without causing harsh side effects.

How is Papaya Lax different from other laxatives?
Many Americans are taking too many medications. Studies have shown that nearly 40 percent of patients in their 60s are taking more than five different medications. Taking too many medications is of the reasons for having constipation issues. Keeping all this in mind, FDS has made these Chewable tablets 100% Natural with vegetable & Fruit combination. These chewables are easy to chew and melts easily in your mouth. Compare FDS Papaya Lax to other products like senna s, senna plus, swiss kriss, senokot, miralax, senna time etc., Papaya Lax is a natural remedy, you do not have to consider this as a medicine.

Sennosides - Uses, Side Effects, Sales

Sennosides are used to treat constipation. They may also be used to clean out the intestines before a bowel examination/surgery. Sennosides are known as stimulant laxatives. They work by keeping water in the intestines, which causes movement of the intestines.

Side Effects

Stomach/abdominal pain or cramping, nausea, diarrhea, or weakness may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
This medication may cause your urine to turn reddish-brown. This effect is harmless and will disappear when the medication is stopped.

How to use Sennosides
Take this medication by mouth as directed by your doctor. If you are self-treating, follow all directions on the product package. If you have any questions, ask your doctor or pharmacist.
If you are using the chewable tablets, chew each tablet well and swallow. If you are using the dissolving strips, allow each strip to dissolve on the tongue and then swallow, with or without water. If you are using the liquid form of this medication, measure the dose carefully using a special measuring device/cup. Do not use a household spoon because you may not get the correct dose.
Dosage is based on your age, medical condition, and response to treatment. Do not increase your dose or take this drug more often than directed. Do not take this medication for more than 7 days unless directed by your doctor. Serious side effects may occur with overuse of this medication.

It may take 6 to 12 hours before this medication causes a bowel movement. Tell your doctor if your condition lasts or gets worse, or if bleeding from the rectum occurs. If you think you may have a serious medical problem, get medical help right away.

0:00 Introduction: Dangers of laxatives
0:26 What is constipation?
3:48 Three steps to help alleviate constipation
3:58 First step: Intermittent fasting
4:08 Step two: Fixing your diet
5:26 Step three: Betaine hydrochloride supplements
5:50 Extra tips for constipation relief

When your diet is filled with processed foods and lacking essential nutrients, it can lead to constipation.

The most common type of constipation is primary constipation, in which constipation is the primary issue rather than being caused by a tumor or obstruction. The first line of treatment for constipation like this is often a petroleum-based medication called polyethylene glycol, but it can cause other problems.

Microbes are vital in breaking down fiber and supporting healthy digestion. When our diet lacks these beneficial microbes, it can lead to problems such as bloating, cramping, and constipation.

The first step is to practice intermittent fasting by eating only two meals daily with no snacks. This gives the digestive system a chance to rest and catch up.

The second step is fixing your diet by simplifying meals and avoiding processed and refined foods. This also includes incorporating grass-fed meat, fermented foods, including sauerkraut, to provide beneficial microbes for a healthy gut. Following a Healthy Keto® diet is also beneficial.

The third step is supplementing with betaine hydrochloride to increase stomach acid and improve digestion. This can also help alleviate constipation by lubricating the colon with bile.

In addition to these steps, consuming plants raised on healthy soils can provide essential nutrients and beneficial microbes for a healthy gut. Magnesium and vitamin B1 can help promote regular bowel movements. Castor oil and senna are also good natural remedies for constipation.

I had a question from someone who was wondering about laxatives? Are laxatives dangerous, or are laxatives okay?

Well, I guess laxatives could be dangerous because a few possible dangers of laxatives are:

• They could be addictive
• They could deplete electrolytes (In this case, you would want to just add the electrolytes back)

The dangers of having chronic constipation are way worse than the minor dangers of using laxatives.

If you have constipation, as a coping mechanism, take an herbal natural laxative like cascara sagrada. This should give you constipation relief while you figure out what’s causing the constipation.

Natural constipation remedies:

• MCT oil
• Bile salts
• Vitamin B1
• Probiotic
• Fasting
• Adjust fiber

3:39 Correct the real problem

In this quick video, I’m going to share with you the 7 best natural laxatives. If you’re constipated, it could be that the problem that you have is mainly in the large intestine more than the small intestine. The large intestine has smooth muscle that allows it to contract and push food along the tract.

The best natural laxatives:

1. Senna
2. Cascara sagrada
3. Black psyllium (swells with water)
4. Castor oil
5. Magnesium
6. Vegetables (fermented)
7. Probiotics

People often say they don’t want to take a laxative because they may be addicting. But, the toxic effect of having chronic constipation can be very dangerous to the body vs. the minor side effect of taking a laxative.

You might experience a small drop in potassium from taking a laxative, but you can easily take more potassium. Ultimately, you want to correct what’s really causing the constipation, which usually is what you’re eating, or a lack of friendly bacteria.
