I am not a doctor, so take everything I say with a grain of salt.
Here is my Hydroxyzine review and experience. I don't use it much for anxiety, rather as a sleep aid. It does a good job of knocking me out so that I can sleep, but I don't really feel the effects of the actual anti-anxiety part.

My channel is Gaming With Depression and it focuses around two major things: video games and depression. As someone who has major depressive disorder, playing video games is a way for me to cope. I also enjoy making let's plays because it helps me work on my speaking and it pushes me out of my comfort zone to actually do something when I'm depressed. I also talk a little about my depression and medications I take, but I don't go into major details. I hope that you enjoy my videos and channel!

“They” say it’s rare to become deficient in vitamin B6. However, it’s possible to have a subclinical B6 deficiency that still affects your well-being, even if it’s not a full-blown vitamin B6 deficiency.
Vitamin B6 is important to support a healthy body. Typically, there are no side effects of taking vitamin B6 if you take less than 200 mg daily.
If you take too much vitamin B6, you could experience toxicity effects. However, you would have to consume over 1000 mg of vitamin B6 per day to cause any issues.
Foods rich in vitamin B6 are:
• Beef
• Pork
• Fish
• Chicken
It’s pretty well-known that if you have low vitamin B6, you may experience symptoms, including:
• Rashes around the nose
• Cracks or rashes around the mouth
• Pink eye
• Anemia
• Neurological problems
• Numbness in the hands and feet
• Depression
Surprising symptoms of a vitamin B6 deficiency:
1. Inflammation (especially gut inflammation)
2. Inability to control polyunsaturated fatty acids
3. Deficiencies in neurotransmitters
4. Inability to convert ALA to DHA
5. Poor selenium function
6. Inability to convert tryptophan to niacin
7. Alopecia
8. Seizures
9. High homocysteine levels
10. Increased risk of autism
11. Increased risk of gut pathogens
Causes of vitamin B6 deficiency:
• Processed foods
• Diuretics
• Blood pressure medications
• Antibiotics
• Birth control pills
• Alcohol
• Pregnancy or lactation
• Smoking
• Herbicides
• Ginkgo biloba

Vitamin E plays critical roles in immune function, cell signaling, and fighting oxidative stress.
Sadly, according to data from the Nurses Health Study, 89 percent of Americans don’t get enough of this essential vitamin. And while it may seem like supplementation is an easy solution, recent studies have shown that the form of vitamin E that is found in most supplements and multivitamins—called alpha-tocopherol—not only doesn’t help, but it may also increase the risk of cancer and heart disease.
In this video, I explain how to optimize your vitamin E intake so you can get all of the benefits without any risks.

[FREE GUIDE] The Vitamins That Cured My Chronic Fatigue: https://www.felixharder.net/vitaminlist
Note: This video is taken from my premium program https://www.felixharder.net/program
Vitamin E is one of the major vitamins that exist naturally in foods. In this video, I want to talk about what vitamin E is, its roles in the body and how to get enough of it, which means we will talk about vitamin E supplementation at the end of this video.
Let’s start by discussing what vitamin E is and why we need it.
Vitamin E is an essential dietary nutrient, meaning we need to get it from food and cannot produce it ourselves. Even though it is often thought of as a single nutrient, it’s actually a group of eight fat-soluble compounds with powerful antioxidant effects. All of them are fat-soluble, meaning they are better absorbed when combined with fat and they can also be stored in fat tissue in the body.
The RDA for vitamin E is 15 mg daily (or 22 international units, IU). Vitamin E has several different functions in the body. The main ones are:
Act as Antioxidant:
Similar to vitamin C, vitamin E can act as a powerful antioxidant in the body, and studies have linked a higher vitamin E intake to reduced markers of oxidative stress as well as higher antioxidant defenses. Bascially, you can see it as a protection the body against inflammation and stress of all sorts.
Cell Membrane integrity:
Even though vitamin E is only a minor component of the cell membrane, so the outer wall of the cell, it may plays a significant role in its integrity. Once it enter the cell membrane, it appears to fix itself in place to stabilize the membrane and give it structure. As you can imagine, without Vitamin E as a stabilizer, cell membranes can more easily rupture, which ultimately leads to a quicker cell death and all the negative side effects such as inflammation and disease that come with it.
Neurological Functioning
And lastly, Vitamin E is required for the proper functioning of the central nervous system. It helps avoid neurological problems, such as difficulty coordinating movements and speech, loss of reflexes in the legs , and burning/tingling sensation in the extremities. While the exact role of vitamin E in this isn’t entirely clear, the reason is probably that its antioxidant properties protects the brain and nervous system against disease.
Let's now talk about high vitamin e foods and its best sources. In general, the foods highest in vitamin e are plant oil, seeds and nuts. Individual foods include sunflower seeds and almonds especially when roasted as well as canola oil. However, by fat the best source is Wheat germ oil with over 150 mg of vitamin e per 100g. Also red palm oil, which is not the same as white palm oil that most people are familiar with, is a very good vitamin e source.
This then brings me to vitamin e supplementation. If you decide to supplement, I recommend you get a quality vitamin e product. Unfortunately, most of the products you find only include alpha-tocopherol, which is only one of the eight forms of natural vitamin e. This is done for cost reasons and because alpha-tocopherol appears to be the most active form. However, that doesn’t mean you dont need the other forms and I personally believe taking large amounts of a single nutrient without its cofactors is never a good idea.
So instead, look for the following when buying a vitamin e supplement:
- it contains all 8 vitamin e forms. There are 4 tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma and delta), and 4 tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma and delta).
- it is not made of soybean/canola/sunflower/flaxseed oil because they are not stable at high temps, which these supplements often undergo during processing.
- is made of red palm oil, rice oil or rice bran
- a quality product will have anywhere between 100 and 400 iu but more is not always better so dont be fooled by potency claims: 1 mg alpha-tocopherol equals 1,49 IU vitamin E. The other 3 tocopherols and all 4 tocotrienols allow much lower vitamin E claims, with 1 mg being only around 0,04 IU of vitamin E.
The health benefits of Vitamin E, in its natural complex with tocopherols and tocotrienols. [Subtitles]
In today's video we highlight all of the benefits of Vitamin E for hair growth, muscle strength, acne, eyelashes, eye health and much more. Vitamin E is found as a complex of nutrients in nature which are also potent antioxidants. Vitamin E protects the body from nerve damage, and supports healthy cells by helping to build cell membranes and lipids.
You can also use Vitamin E capsules for skin health by applying it directly to scars, dark circles, stretch marks and the cuticle. It's nutrients support healthy skin by helping it to repair itself especially from any scar tissue. When taking this internally, it can also help in reducing scarring in the liver and internal organs.

Let’s talk about vitamin A—the benefits of vitamin A and the dark side.
Vitamin A is a non-keratinizing vitamin. Keratinization is a condition that causes skin issues.
Both a vitamin A deficiency and excess vitamin A can affect the internal and external skin in many ways.
Vitamin A is involved in supporting the immune system as well. There is an association between vitamin A deficiency and autoimmune conditions like Graves’ and Hashimoto’s. Vitamin A also allows iodine to be absorbed.
Signs of vitamin A deficiency:
• Poor night vision
• Blindness
• Dry eyes
• Poor immunity
• Skin problems
• Bone issues
Signs of too much vitamin A:
• Abnormal bone formation
• Dry lips
• Dry skin
• Double vision
• Alopecia
• Oily skin
• Peeling skin
• Heart valve calcification
• Hypercalcemia
• Intracranial pressure
Vitamin A toxicity is rare, but taking a synthetic vitamin A supplement may increase your risk. Synthetic vitamin A may also increase the risk of lung cancer. Accutane, a form of synthetic vitamin A, has serious potential side effects.
I suggest getting your vitamin A from food sources or natural food-based supplements.
Foods high in vitamin A (retinol):
• Cod liver oil
• Egg yolks
• Grass-fed butter
• Grass-fed cheese
• Liver
Beta carotene is the precursor to the active form of vitamin A (retinol). Beta carotene is in foods like carrots and spinach.
But, If you’re relying on beta carotene alone to get your vitamin A or if you have a liver or gallbladder issue, you could be deficient in vitamin A.

When seeking treatment for ADHD symptoms, many people are vastly under-informed on their options. If you’ve only been prescribed Vyvanse, Adderall, or one of the other big-brand pharmaceuticals, you may not even know the many other options out there, including natural supplements and homeopathic solutions. Learn more about Vyvanse, its differences from Adderall, and what natural remedies may be good alternatives for you
Today’s scientists believe that the main reason adult ADHD remains underdiagnosed is that the diagnostic criteria for ADHD created in the DSM-V (the current manual for diagnosing mental illnesses, published in 2013) were developed around the signs and symptoms of children, specifically boys. There is also an implicit racial bias to how patients of color are diagnosed and treated for mental illnesses, ADHD included. This can affect the ability of young girls, children of color, and people experiencing adult-onset symptoms of ADHD to get proper diagnosis and treatment.
As it turns out, however, ADHD is a disorder that affects a diverse population of all ages and gender identities. And, for adults living with the symptoms of ADHD, Adderall can’t always be used to manage their condition — whether it interacts poorly with their other medications or just doesn’t seem to work for them. In this case, there are several alternatives typically prescribed instead, such as the drug Vyvanse.
So what Is Vyvanse?
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) - Vyvanse is a stimulant in a family of amphetamine-based drugs used to treat certain symptoms of ADHD. Using a balance of naturally occurring chemicals in the brain called neurotransmitters, Vyvanse can target many aspects of the disorder that keep patients from being able to pay attention. The effect of this drug can help people with attention disorders have a much more organized and productive life. Some other Vyvanse uses are for the treatment of illnesses like Binge Eating Disorder, but due to the risk of certain more serious effects, it should never be used as a weight-loss drug.
Lisdexamfetamine and ADHD
When used as part of a comprehensive treatment plan, Lisdexamfetamine (the active ingredient in Vyvanse) can be a great help to patients with ADHD. The drug addresses the inability to stay focused, sit still without fidgeting, and pay attention to any tasks at hand. By providing the ability for the neurotransmitters in the brain to flow uninterrupted, Vyvanse can help people feel more in control of their thoughts and actions, and ultimately, their lives.

Could Vyvanse be the key to overcoming binge eating and ADHD, or is it just another quick fix with serious side effects? If you experience binge eating disorder and ADHD you may be eager to find a binge eating disorder medication to help you manage your ADHD symptoms.
Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) for binge eating also targets adult ADHD symptoms. In this video, I’ll discuss how Vyvanse for BED works, the crossover between binge eating and ADHD and common vyvanse side effects.

Warfarin (Coumadin) nursing NCLEX pharmacology review of the side effects, nursing considerations, and patient education.
Warfarin (Coumadin) is a vitamin K antagonist, which is a type of anticoagulant. This medication stops the coagulation process by blocking the formation of clotting factors in the liver that require Vitamin K to form. Theses clotting factors include II, VII, IX, X
Nursing considerations for Warfarin include: monitor PT/INR level (therapeutic INR level 2-3), assessing for signs and symptoms of bleeding, being familiar with the antidote (Vitamin K), administering the medication at the same time every day, avoiding intramuscular IM injections etc.
Patient education about Warfarin include: using soft bristle toothbrush, electric razor, avoid contact sports, holding firm pressure at any injuries site, avoid consuming excessive amount of green leafy vegetables, and knowing what to do if a dose is missed.

How does warfarin work. Information about warfarin for patients:
About 20 million Americans are on warfarin, and another 2 million start taking the drug each year. Warfarin belongs to a class of drugs called anticoagulants, which simply means they work against the formation of blood clots in your body.
When is warfarin prescribed:
Warfarin or Coumadin is prescribed to those after a major surgery, such as hip or knee replacement, or for people with artificial heart valves, or for those with conditions such as chronic atrial fibrillation or deep vein blood clots because these conditions essentially all put you at a risk for developing harmful blood clots.
Why do blood clots form:
Blood clots are necessary in order to stop you from bleeding out entirely each time you have a gash or an open wound and these are called Beneficial blood clots because they prevent or stop excessive blood loss, but harmful blood clots can cause a heart attack, stroke, deep vein thrombosis, and pulmonary embolisms which can be life threatening.
Is Warfarin or Coumadin a blood thinner?
Warfarin doesn't thin the blood at all. It instead causes the blood to take longer to form a clot by blocking the formation of what's called vitamin K dependent clotting factors.
Warfarin monitoring:
The major one being INR, which stands for International Normalized Ratio. And it determines how fast your blood clots. Youll usually get this checked at least once a month and sometimes as often as twice weekly. A high value means it takes longer for your blood to clot, while a low value means it clots faster. Most patients on warfarin have an INR goal of 2 to 3, but keep in mind this may differ. The aim of warfarin therapy is to decrease the blood's tendency to clot, but not stop it clotting completely. This means the dose of warfarin you're taking must be carefully monitored and, if necessary, adjusted.
Warfarin interactions:
What interacts with warfarin is certain medications, foods, drinking too much alcohol, herbal medications and even supplements, which is why its so important to check with your doctor before trying any new products.
Warfarin foods to avoid:
Eating an increased amount of foods rich in vitamin K can lower your INR, making warfarin less effective and potentially increasing the risk of blood clots. These foods are: green and leafy vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, brussel sprouts, turnip greens, lettuce, kale, spinach, and even mayonnaise. It is not necessary to avoid these foods; however, it is important to try to keep the amount of vitamin K you eat consistent. When your first dose of warfarin is prescribed, it doesn't matter how much vitamin K you're eating because the dosage will be based on your current blood clotting levels.
Mixing wararin and alcohol?
Alcohol should be limited to no more than 1 to 2 servings of alcohol occasionally and might be best to avoid it altogether with warfarin.
Supplements that interact with warfarin:
increased bleeding risk with garlic or ginkgo biloba
Incrased clotting risk with CoQ10, sT. johns wart, or gingseng.
Warfarin Side Effects:
Watch for signs and symptoms of bleeding and easy bruising, especially if the bleeding does not stop. This includes unexplainable and growing bruises, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, pink or brown urine, red or black tarry stools, coughing up blood, or vomiting blood or coffee ground like vomiting symptoms. These are all signs you should let your doctor know of. This is not all inclusive.
How to prevent warfarin side effects of bleeding:
Some things you can do to prevent these are: use a soft bristle toothbrush, floss with waxed floss vs unwaxed floss, shave with an electric razor vs blade, be careful when dealing with sharp objects, and avoid contact sports as best as possible.
Warfarin missed dose:
Never double up on a dose because you missed a dose. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as possible on the same day. However, if it is almost time for your next dose the next day, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular dosing schedule. Cant stress enough on making sure to not double dose warfarin.

This pharmacology lecture covers topics such as Anticoagulant drugs. We talk about Warfarin and how it is a Vitamin K dependent antagonist. We discuss how Warfarin blocks the clotting factors 2,7,9 & 10 which leads to less fibrin being formed. This causes the lowering of blood clots. Also, we talk about the pathophysiology of the clotting cascade, heart attack and stroke and how anti-coagulation therapy is beneficial. We discuss the mechanism of action of Warfarin and its side effects. Drugs mentioned include; Warfarin, Jantoven and Coumadin.
