Are you having symptoms of high b12? Maybe you're having anxiety, headaches, heart palpitations in other symptoms that you think are related to high B12 levels? In this video, we're gonna look the symptoms associated with taking b12 and why I think high B12 symptoms are probably a reflection Of some other process going on in your body.
Learn More in My Book "Don't B12 Deficient": https://geni.us/SNe6 (Amazon)
**WORK WITH ME ⭐️ : https://www.swintegrativemedic....ine.com/about-us/mee
So the thing is, high B12 levels should not actually cause symptoms. However, there are two things to note about this question or concern of high B12 levels and symptoms. The first is vitamin B12 supplementation, whether it's an injection taken by mouth or under the tongue, can cause side effects. It's not very common, but it can't happen. This can be symptoms like anxiety, heart palpitations, headaches, et cetera. These symptoms can occur , even when you take a small dose of vitamin b12.
00:00 Introduction to High B12 Symptoms and Overview
01:11 Understanding High B12 Levels and Associated Symptoms
03:25 Conclusion and Invitation for Questions
So it's typically not from high B12 levels but something intrinsic with how that person is processing the vitamin b12. And sometimes it could be the type of B12 too. It's also true that a small dose is less likely to cause these side effects, but it's really not the high serum blood levels that's causing these side effects with b12.
We know this because if we change to a different form, the person doesn't seem to have the same side effects. The other thing is that high B12 levels in and of themselves do not cause symptoms typically. However, high B12 blood levels can be a sign of some other problem going on.
Just to be clear, a high level of B12 in your blood does not tell us that you have a problem, but it may be an indicator of a problem. What problem might that be? Well, there's a lot of possibilities. One being mass cell activation syndrome, which can cause a wide array of different symptoms, including anxiety, heart palpitations, headaches, hives, skin rash, et cetera.
B12 side effects are also more common in people with mass cell activation syndrome. So symptoms of high B12 may be a reflection of something else going on in your body. If you have high B12 levels and you're having certain symptoms going on maybe it has more to do with something internally going on and not the B12 itself.
So if you have these symptoms going on and you're thinking that it's a B12 causing the symptoms you may be looking in the wrong place.

6:14 Learn more about the best diet!
Today we're going to talk about a type of vitamin B12 I would avoid: cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic version of vitamin B12. It's a very cheap version, and it's hiding in many fortified grain foods, synthetic vitamins, energy drinks, B12 injections, and even infant formulas. It's also typically present in very high doses in these products.
The problem is that there is a cyanide molecule attached to the cobalamin. Cyanide shuts down the oxygen to your mitochondria.
Potential side effects of cyanocobalamin:
• Vomiting
• Stomach problems
• Low potassium
• Headaches
• Fever
• Dizziness
It's true that the liver can detoxify small amounts of cyanide. But what if someone consumes large amounts of products containing this synthetic B12?
Some people also have problems with their detoxification genes that could cause them to have trouble getting rid of cyanide. Another common genetic problem with methylation can cause the effects of synthetic vitamin B12 to be worse.
The best form of vitamin B12 is the natural version called methylcobalamin. This version is the active form of vitamin B12 and stays in the body longer than the synthetic versions.
Potential benefits of methylcobalamin:
• It may help improve sleep
• It can decrease the need for sleep
• It can help you wake up feeling alert and refreshed
• It can help you fall asleep faster
• It's great for the nervous system (especially the myelin sheath)
• It supports healthy eyes
• It increases melatonin
• It decreases homocysteine
• It can help regulate cortisol
• It supports the red blood cells
Causes of vitamin B12 deficiency:
• Not consuming foods high in vitamin B12
• Stomach inflammation
• H. pylori
• Low stomach acid
• Gastric bypass
• Inflammation in the intestines

Let’s talk about the first sign of methylcobalamin deficiency.
Methylcobalamin is vitamin B12, and it’s essential for DNA, red blood cells, and your myelin sheath. Vitamin B12 also helps support your spinal column and brain.
If you’re deficient in vitamin B12, you could experience tingling, numbness, or burning sensations.
Other signs of vitamin B12 deficiency can include:
• Chronic pain
• Depression
• Muscle wasting
• Blurry vision
• Tinnitus
• Anemia
• Mouth ulcers
• Sore throat
• Hair loss
You could also experience symptoms if you have too much vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 toxicity will typically occur if you’re taking too much synthetic vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)—not the natural version (methylcobalamin).
Cyanocobalamin can build up in the body and cause symptoms such as:
• Acne
• Palpitations
• Anxiety
• Red cheeks
• Headaches
• Insomnia
• Akathisia
• Suicidal thoughts
You could be deficient in vitamin B12 long before you start to feel any effects. But that doesn’t mean that there isn’t damage being done. One of the first symptoms you would eventually feel is extreme fatigue.

Most people are aware that vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins you need to stay healthy. Your body uses vitamin C to build blood vessels, cartilage, muscle, and collagen in bones. Vitamin C is also vital to the healing process. And even though nutritionists say you don't need vitamin C supplements if you maintain a reasonably healthy diet, vitamin C capsules, tabs, and powders continue to be huge sellers in health food stores and online.
Which brings up a series of questions. How much vitamin C do you really need? Can you take too much vitamin C? How much vitamin C in a day is too much? What happens if you get too much vitamin C? Are there side effects if you overdo vitamin C intake? This video answers those questions.
Do you know anyone who takes too much vitamin C? Do they sometimes experience the side effects described in this video? Feel free to comment below.

8:02 Learn more about vitamin C!
Let's talk about the symptoms of vitamin C deficiency you may have never heard of before.
Commonly known vitamin C deficiency symptoms:
• Bleeding gums
• Fatigue
• Loss of collagen
• Lowered immune system
• Increased risk of biofilms
Vitamins are cofactors that work with enzymes. Without vitamins and certain minerals, important enzymes in the body can't work.
When you're deficient in vitamin C your body will allocate the vitamin C you have to the essential enzymes, but not all of them. A complete lack of vitamin C is fatal.
Lesser-known symptoms of vitamin C deficiency:
• Hypochondria
• Depression
• Perifollicular hyperkeratosis
• Anemia
• Dry hair
• Inflamed veins
• Shortness of breath
• Problems with adrenaline
The best sources of vitamin C are fruits and vegetables. Juice, like apple juice, is not a good source of vitamin C. Juice has too much sugar and is pasteurized, which destroys natural vitamin C.
Foods rich in vitamin C:
• Berries
• Peppers
• Sauerkraut
• Leafy greens

0:00 Introduction: Can I take too much vitamin D?
0:30 Side effects of too much vitamin D
1:03 The role of vitamin K2
1:33 High amounts of vitamin D with calcium
2:21 Thanks for watching!
In this video, we’re going to talk about the overconsumption of vitamin D, specifically vitamin D3 supplements. You can not overdose on vitamin D with sunlight, but you can definitely consume too much vitamin D3. If you are not consuming vitamin D3 with vitamin K2, you could end up with a buildup of calcium in your soft tissues or hypercalcemia (high blood calcium).
Here are some of the side effects of hypercalcemia:
•Vomiting
•Weakness
•Kidney stones
•Frequent urination
•Excessive thirst
•Abdominal pain
•Depression
•Heart arrhythmias
Vitamin K2 is important because it takes the excess calcium from your soft tissues and blood, and moves it into the bone. Vitamin D3 helps you absorb calcium from the small intestine. You need both of these vitamins to maintain healthy calcium levels.
High amounts of vitamin D3 taken with a calcium supplement will cause even more calcium to be absorbed into the blood. Calcium carbonate is especially problematic. Always take vitamin K2 if you’re taking vitamin D3.

The synergy between Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 is a fascinating aspect of nutritional science, highlighting the intricate interplay between different vitamins within the body. Vitamin D3, often referred to as the "sunshine vitamin," is crucial for various physiological processes. It is primarily synthesized in the skin upon exposure to sunlight, and its active form, calcitriol, plays a pivotal role in calcium absorption, bone health, and more. On the other hand, Vitamin K2, a lesser-known but equally important nutrient, is involved in regulating calcium in the body and directing it to the bones and teeth while diverting its deposition in arteries and soft tissues.
How Does Vitamin D3 and K2 Work?
One of the key functions of Vitamin D3 is to enhance the absorption of calcium in the intestines, ensuring an adequate supply for bone mineralization. However, the efficient utilization of this calcium is contingent upon proper distribution, a task at which Vitamin K2 performs.
Vitamin K2 activates proteins, such as osteocalcin, which guide calcium into the bones and teeth. Simultaneously, Vitamin K2 helps to inhibit the activity of matrix Gla-protein (MGP), diverting the undesirable accumulation of calcium in blood vessels and tissues. This delicate balance orchestrated by the cooperative efforts of Vitamin D3 and K2 ensures optimal skeletal health while guarding against arterial calcification.
What is Vitamin K
Vitamin K on the other hand does not come from the sun you have k1 which is found in your leafy green vegetables and k2 which is found in your meats, eggs, and fermented foods like natto, which is a japanese fermented soybean said to have one of the highest sources of k2.
This is why a vitamin D deficiency, is said to cause bone loss, because that balance is missing. And when calcium intake is low, your body really has no other choice but to use the calcium storage in your bones, even if it is at the cost of bone loss and osteoporosis over time. Which is why you need vitamin d3.
After 3 years of supplementation, "the vitamin D and K group maintained vessel wall characteristics of the carotid artery, whereas the control group and the vitamin D-only group significantly worsened over 3 years of follow-up."
Secondly, in a 3-year, double-blind, randomized controlled trial in older men and women free of clinical Cardiovascular disease, I think that is important to highlight, they were free of cvd, the daily supplemental vitamin K in amounts achievable by high dietary intake of green, leafy vegetables, combined with 600 mg calcium carbonate and 400 IU vitamin D did not result in lower coronary artery calcium progression compared to the calcium + vitamin D group. But In a subgroup analysis of participants who were 85% and greater adherent to supplementation, there was less coronary artery calcium progression in the vitamin K + calcium and vitamin D groups than in the calcium and vitamin D group alone."
Which implies what? That Vitamin K being the third wheel on the date, made sure that vitamin D and calcium don't get into any funny business aka the progression of vascular calcification.
What form of Vitamin K2 is Best? MK4 vs MK7
The predominant form of vitamin K2 found in the body is MK4. In fact, In fact, your biochemistry converts all forms of vitamin K, including vitamin K1 and MK7, to MK4.3 Only the MK4 form of vitamin K2 accumulates in your body. It’s in the breasts, thyroid, ovaries, salivary glands, skin, pancreas, spleen, testes, intestines, brain, kidneys, and bone.4-6 This suggests that MK4 is the biologically active form of vitamin K2 with wide-ranging health benefits.

In this video, we delve into vitamin D — an essential vitamin for strong bones and overall health. We will explore vitamin D levels, deficiency and the role of sun exposure. Vitamin D is like sunshine for your body. Your skin produces vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. Vitamin D helps maintain bone health, supports your immune system and keeps your muscles working well. Low vitamin D levels can lead to fatigue, muscle weakness and bone pain. Factors such as skin tone and where you live affect how much vitamin D you produce from the sun. Remember, a balance of sun exposure, dietary sources and supplements can keep your vitamin D level in check. Let the sunshine in!

What are the signs of vitamin D deficiency? Vitamin D greatly influences the systems of our body from ensuring calcium supply to our bones to strengthening our immune system. We normally get this vitamin from foods, supplements, and the sun’s rays, but when something goes wrong and we face vitamin D deficiency, our body systems may break.
For example, sweating that seems a little excessive or not brought on by anything particularly obvious, however, can be a sign that you’re lacking vitamin D. So what other signs show a deficiency, how serious is the problem, and what can you do to get more of it? Here at Bright Side, we’ve studied the most common symptoms of low vitamin D levels and we want to tell you what we’ve found.
TIMESTAMPS:
You sweat excessively 1:01
Your bones often ache 1:35
You have muscle pain 2:11
You get sick all the time 2:47
You can’t seem to stay energized 3:26

SUMMARY:
- Without vitamin D, your bones can’t absorb the necessary amount of calcium to create healthy bone tissue, causing a weakening of the bones known as osteomalacia.
- In addition to aching bones and muscles, a lack of vitamin D can cause chronic pain throughout the entire body. This debilitating condition is known as fibromyalgia, and it makes life a living nightmare for those who suffer from it!
- Suffering from your 4th or 5th virus this year? It may be because a lack of vitamin D is causing your immune system to work poorly.
- It’s 4 pm and you feel like you have two bricks as eyelids and barely have the strength to get up from your desk. Sound familiar? There could be quite a few reasons for this feeling. But it can also be due to a lack of vitamin D.
- Does it seem like your small wounds and injuries take longer to heal than everyone else’s? But this kind of slow healing can also be because of a lack of (say it with me) vitamin D!
- The average person loses anywhere from 50 to 100 hairs from their head every day. But if you suffer from a lack of vitamin D, you can lose way more than that, at least enough to notice that something’s definitely not right.
- According to Psychology Today, vitamin D is the only vitamin that is also a hormone. In studies on the relationship between vitamin D and depression, scientists discovered traces of the vitamin on cells found in the regions where depression resides.
- Vitamin D can be attained by spending time outside. According to The Arthritis Foundation, spending 10-15 minutes in the sun every other day or so can help replenish your vitamin D levels. Even sitting by an open window can help give you more vitamin D!

Can You Overdose on Vitamin D? - Symptoms of Too Much Vitamin D- Vitamin D Toxicity Signs
SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY: Low Vitamin D Symptoms
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmOLG5Dqku0
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LFdXIVO22wk
What happens if you take too much vitamin D in a week?
Symptoms of vitamin D toxicity are directly related to excess calcium in the blood, which can cause nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, frequent urination, weakness, and bone pain. Over time, the extra calcium can form deposits in the arteries and soft tissue instead of in the bones.
Does vitamin D flush out of your system?
Instead of being carried out in your body's wastewater, the vitamin will cling to your body fat for later use—which can compound the effects of daily overdosing.
Are there any side effects when taking vitamin D?
Most people do not commonly experience side effects with vitamin D, unless too much is taken. Some side effects of taking too much vitamin D include weakness, fatigue, sleepiness, headache, loss of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, and others.
How do you flush vitamins out of your system?
There are water-soluble and fat-soluble vitamins. Water-soluble vitamins have less tendency to cause harm because we can flush them out of the system with water, while fat-soluble vitamins are absorbed slowly and stored longer.
How does excess vitamin D leave the body?
After vitamin D is absorbed through the skin or acquired from food or supplements, it gets stored in the body's fat cells. Here it remains inactive until it's needed. Through a process called hydroxylation, the liver and kidneys turn the stored vitamin D into the active form the body needs (called calcitriol).
How long until vitamin D is out of your system?
Calcitriol (1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3), the active form of vitamin D, has a half-life of about 15 hours, while calcidiol (25-hydroxyvitamin D3) has a half-life of about 15 days. Vitamin D binds to receptors located throughout the body.
Can too much Vit D cause heart palpitations?
Symptoms of vitamin D toxicity (a.k.a. hypervitaminosis d) can include a loss of appetite, weight loss, excessive urination, and heart arrhythmia.
Does vitamin D accumulate in the body?
It usually develops over time, since extra vitamin D can build up in the body. Nearly all vitamin D overdoses result from taking high amounts of vitamin D supplements. It is almost impossible to get too much vitamin D from sunlight or food.
Can vitamin D supplements cause irregular heartbeat?
Getting somewhat more than that is thought to be harmless, but in rare cases, taking excessive doses (usually due to unneeded supplements) can cause vitamin D toxicity, which raises the level of calcium in your blood, resulting in abnormal heart rhythms, kidney stones, muscle weakness, confusion, and even brain injury.
Can vitamin D cause hardening of the arteries?
Activation of this system increases blood vessel constriction, which can contribute to arterial stiffness. Vitamin D also can suppress vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation, activation of garbage-eating macrophages and calcification formation, all of which can thicken blood vessel walls and hinder flexibility.

Alprazolam also known as Xanax belongs to a group of medications called benzodiazepines.
Benzodiazepines act on the brain and central nervous system (CNS) to produce a calming effect.
People use and take Xanax to help them with their anxiety and panic disorder.
Xanax is the number 1 prescribed psychiatric medication in the United States.
If you’re prescribed Xanax for your anxiety or panic disorder you may feel ‘normal’ after your first dose, you may also feel relaxed, quiet or tired depending on your dosage.
Xanax is prescribed in doses that are available in milligrams, depending on the symptoms you experience due to your anxiety or panic disorder you may be prescribed a high or low dosage, the dosages are 0.25 mg 0.5 mg 1mg and 2mg
The effects of Xanax become more significant the higher the mg you take.
Doctors always recommend that first time Xanax users start with the lowest possible dose until you know exactly how it will affect you, you should never take more than what your doctor has prescribed.
The effects of taking Xanax should be mild but detectable, if you experience any of the following symptoms you should seek medical attention immediately;
Extreme drowsiness
Muscle weakness
Confusion
Fainting
Loss of balance
Feeling lightheaded.
Xanax is taken orally and absorbed quickly into the bloodstream, some people experience the effects of Xanax within 5-10 minutes of taking it and everyone should feel the effects of it within an hour.
This why Xanax is so popular for people struggling with anxiety and panic attacks, during a panic attack or anxiety attack you can take a Xanax and within a few minutes you should start to feel the symptoms of your attacks fade away.
The effects of Xanax are brief, most people feel the strongest impact for 2-4 hours after taxing it however you may feel a fuzzy feeling for several hours after that.
It’s also possible to build up a tolerance to Xanax, if that happens then you may notice it takes longer for you to feel the affects and the affects may wear off more quickly.
Xanax has a half life of about 11 hours which means by that time your body will eliminate half of the dose from your bloodstream.
So should you take Xanax for your anxiety?
As you’ve heard and seen in this video Xanax is extremely beneficial in removing the symptoms of anxiety and panic attacks such as a racing heart, feeling out of control and restlessness, if you think Xanax could help you please see a doctor and get a prescription never self medicate or take recreational!

Albuterol | Salbutamol | Ventolin – Side Effects, Uses, Mechanism of Action, Dosage, Warnings
Albuterol (Salbutamol), commonly known by brand names like Ventolin, Airomir, and Proventil, is a bronchodilator used to treat or prevent bronchospasm in individuals with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Its mechanism of action involves stimulating beta2-adrenergic receptors in the airway smooth muscles, leading to muscle relaxation and bronchodilation. Common side effects include headache, nervousness, throat or nasal irritation, and muscle aches, while severe side effects can include chest pain, irregular heartbeats, severe headache, dizziness, fainting, worsening breathing problems, and allergic reactions. Dosages vary but typically involve 2 puffs from an inhaler every 4 to 6 hours or 2.5 mg via nebulizer 3 to 4 times a day. Interactions with beta-blockers, diuretics, digoxin, and certain antidepressants can affect its efficacy or increase side effects. Warnings include potential cardiovascular effects, paradoxical bronchospasm, and hypersensitivity reactions. Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding should be discussed with a healthcare provider.

Overall, inhalers are very safe treatments. However, some people can have side effects. Please discuss with your healthcare team if you are having any issues.
The medication found in inhalers is broadly divided into bronchodilators (which "open up" the airways) and inhaled corticosteroids (anti-inflammatory medication).
Bronchodilators can be either beta 2 agonists (e.g. salbutamol, formoterol, salmeterol etc.) or muscarinic antagonists (ipratropium, tiotropium etc.). Inhaled corticosteroid examples are fluticasone, beclomethasone, budesonide etc.
Each medication class has different potential side effects which I explain in the video.
Many side effects come from using too many doses of inhaler or not inhaling the medication correctly, although some people may just be more sensitive to getting some side effects.
The majority of patients will only have mild or no side effects to report, while improving the control of their respiratory illness (i.e. better symptoms in asthma and COPD).
